How does it work?

1. Fill out the form to let us know you want to start ordering Lien Search Plus for your customers.
2. We’ll update your Statement of Work to reflect your preferences and give you new pricing.
3. Place your order as normal via our site or your closing software. No need to add Lien Release Tracking! 
4. Once we deliver your lien search, we will begin the Lien Release Tracking for your closing without you having to ask.
5. After the statutory release period, we’ll follow up and resolve any issues with the lender or recorder.
6. You’ll move on to your next closing with peace of mind.

Are there geographic limitation for the Lien Search Plus bundle deal?
Yes. At this time, it is limited to Florida customers who order only Florida Municipal Lien Searches. If you are out of state or order Municipal Lien Searches in Florida and other states, this offer does not apply. 
Can I find the option to order Lien Search Plus on PropLogix.com or through my closing software?
No. In order to take advantage of this deal, you will first need to fill out the form or reach out to your Business Development Rep. Once you’re set up, every time you place a Municipal Lien Search order, a Lien Release Tracking order will automatically be added.
How much can I save by upgrading to Lien Search Plus?

What lien releases do you track after closing?
The lien releases we track are those recorded in the public record and do not include unrecorded liens or debts found in a Municipal Lien Search. We track Mortgage Satisfactions, Terminations, Subordinations, Reconveyances, and Lien Releases.
What if you find an issue with a mortgage release?

This service includes complimentary resolution by our excellent tracking & resolution team. We may need to reach out to you to gather proof of payoffs, but we handle the research and coordinate with lenders or lienors to clear the issue.

How do cancellations work with Lien Search Plus?
When you sign up for Lien Searches Plus, your Municipal Lien Search and Lien Release Tracking orders will be connected. Canceling one service in the Lien Search Plus bundle will automatically cancel the corresponding service. For example, if you cancel the Municipal Lien Search order, the Lien Release Tracking order associated with that order will also be canceled, conversely, if you cancel your Lien Release Tracking order, the associated Municipal Lien Search will automatically be canceled.
