About the Speaker:

Headshot-circlePamela Hernandez is a Florida probate attorney. Her practice includes estate planning, probate and trust administration, business entity formation, and taxation. Pamela is originally from Miami, Florida. She relocated to Orlando, Florida, where she graduated cum laude from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies, and a Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration in Urban and Regional Planning. She continued her education and graduated cum laude from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law in Orlando, Florida, where she discovered her passion for tax law and estate planning, and obtained a book award for receiving the highest grade in the estate and gift tax class. She went on to attend the University of Florida Levin College of Law Graduate Tax Program, where she obtained a Master of Laws in Taxation. Prior to joining Berlin Patten Ebling PLLC, Pamela clerked for the Honorable Marc Lubet of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, served as a senior attorney with the Florida Department of Revenue, and worked in private law practice assisting clients with their estate planning, probate administration, and business entity needs. When she is not working, Pamela enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her husband and children.
